FocusKPI Inc. Sales Manager [Internal] in United States
FocusKPI is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. Please contact Dan Zhang at danz@focuskpi if needed.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, build strong client relationships, and work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to product development and improvement.
Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Represent FocusKPI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our AI B2B SaaS platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B or AI industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
