FocusKPI Inc. Sales Manager [Internal] in United States

FocusKPI is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. Please contact Dan Zhang at danz@focuskpi if needed.

 

Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, build strong client relationships, and work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to product development and improvement.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

  • Represent FocusKPI at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our AI B2B SaaS platform.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B or AI industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
