Mental Health Partners Scheduler | Bilingual Spanish in United States

As our Scheduler you will support the clinical operations and general activities in an administrative capacity answering phones and assisting clients with scheduling their appointments with providers. You will have a warm and welcoming voice that promotes healing and recovery.

You will report to the Program Manager

Location: Mostly remote with some in person work supporting our MHP facilities including, Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, and Lafayette.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will support administrative procedures for your site that includes client checking, insurance verification and other administrative processes for the site. .

What We Need for this Job:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bilingual Spanish

  • One (1) years of experience with customer service

  • Six (6) months experience within healthcare or service environments

This position will be posted, at minimum, until 8/22/24 and may remain open until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
