ICONMA, LLC Scrum Master (Fraud and Claims project experience) in United States
Description:
The Fraud and Claims team is looking for a Scrum Master
Responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams.
Coordinates and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team.
Ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.
Facilitates dependency and risk management for the Scrum teams
Facilitates team and cross-team impediment removal for the team
Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration within the Agile teams to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
Provides visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and Release plans at the project level and to stakeholders
Create and manage CRQ's in Remedy for closure and responsible for MRA2 requirements
Utilize Jira to track and effectively communicate team velocity, burn down charts, and sprint/release progress to the team
Agile team member assisting a Product Owner/Product Manager
Enables the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement
Takes on Scrum Master Responsibilities to drive Scrum ceremonies, host breakout sessions during PI Planning preparation and execution, supports the creation of a project Backlog
Required Skills:
Primary Skill – Agile Scrum Master
3+ years of previous experience working in an Agile environment
3-5 years of applicable experience with technology projects
Deep Knowledge of client Enterprise Change Management and Release Management Process
Ability to adapt to change and identify efficiency opportunities
Working knowledge of Remedy, JIRA and Confluence
Solid skills in Excel and Word
Preferred Skills
Previous experience at client on an enterprise team a plus
Working knowledge of database systems, experience with SQL a plus
Experience with data/information technology projects
