Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Own all business operations activities for the Performance Core product line.

  • Develop and maintain product line business performance indicators and prepare monthly business operation reports, including BIBA, Bookings, Channel Inventory, POS Consumption, etc.

  • Perform analytics of the opportunity funnel and design in/wins.

  • Manage demand forecasting for new products, sustaining products and engineering samples.

  • Manage the sampling process of new products.

  • Work with Renesas’s operations team on wafer starts and capacity planning.

  • Own business decisions on manufacturing priority.

  • Evaluate data in BIBA and forecast to make needed adjustments to manufacturing build and inventory planning.

  • Support supply escalations from Sales to Operations and Tactical Marketing.

  • Manage pricing strategy and quotes for both new product introductions and sustaining products.

  • Provide support to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

  • Review lifecycle stages of our product portfolio and determine when to promote to End of Life (EOL) status.

  • Drive improvements in business and National Provider Identifier (NPI) processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 5 years to 10+ years of experience in operations, marketing and/or manufacturing in the semiconductor industry.

  • Master of Business Administration is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude, with a bias towards action.

  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable and drive process changes. Experience with managing change that resulted in positive outcomes.

  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively use key performance indicators to measure success.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex supply chains and high-volume manufacturing.

  • Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
