Medtronic is hiring a Customer Experience Designer responsible for overseeing the patients experience when interacting with Medtronic Diabetes and our services. The ultimate goal is to ensure that customers have the 5-star service, experience and seamless interaction along their journey.

In the role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data regarding interactions with our customers to optimize the patient journey.

A Day in the Life

• Work closely with product, marketing, transformation, and service teams to analyze customer feedback y detect pain point and opportunities that will lead to the creation of high valued programmes, services and experiences that will improve the customer journey.

• Analyze the needs of the client that will lead to initiatives and projects that will support our customer and increase the valued perceived in our products and services.

• In cooperation with the business intelligence team analyze patient feedback collected in the patient satisfaction surveys and seek for opportunities.

• Define and implement the standards to optimize patient satisfaction based on the results of our NPS.

• Monitor the activities and touchpoints with our customers.

• Enhance the culture of “Put Patients First”.

• Understand and enhance the latest trends on digitizing points of contact with patients.

• Orchestrate all brand’s touchpoints ( offline and online) to create a seamless and consistent experience for customers across all channels- Communications to Install base.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.

• +8 years’ experience in marketing preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry

• Solid understanding and comfort with digital marketing channels.

• Ability to develop high quality, multichannel or omnichannel marketing strategies.

• Comfortable with reports and data analytics.

• Experience with market research.

• Ability to build strong business acumen and knowledge about the end-to-end customer journeys.

• Strong time & project management skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in another European language.

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Experience in committing to multiple projects, coordinated at the same time.

• Knowledge of Medtronic Diabetes devices.
