Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective DevOps strategies and solutions on the AWS platform
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gitlab, infrastructure as code using AWS CDK python, HashiCorp Terraform and Pulumi, configuration management for Cloud managed services, like AWS ECS, AWS EKS, AWS Cloud Native stack, GCP GKE, GCP App Engine, etc
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AWS (phase 1) and GCP (phase 2) infrastructure and applications by implementing appropriate monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery measures
Design and develop a Monitoring framework to enable the product team to operate their workloads
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and AWS/GCP services, and, provide recommendations for process improvements and tooling enhancements
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing and future reference
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience working in a DevOps role, with a focus on AWS/GCP cloud technologies
Strong knowledge of AWS services, such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudFront
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, or Gitlab
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CDK (Python) is required. Development skills are strongly required
Solid understanding of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tooling development
Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification
Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures on AWS
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Knowledge of other cloud platforms, such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Understanding of security best practices in AWS

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $90k– $155k.
