How You’ll Make an Impact Sr. Financial Analyst - Incentive

The purpose of the Sr Financial Analyst - Incentive role is to serve as a financial partner to the brand field and sales organizations. Calculate, report, and pay commissions and incentive compensation accurately and in a timely manner. Define, develop, test, and implement new and revised incentive plans within the Varicent tool. Provide a high level of service to Field organization.

  • Perform commission and incentive processing activities.

  • Provide support to field and sales organizations by researching and timely responding to inquiries. This will often require developing a project plan, gaining commitment to the plan, and driving execution in accordance with the project timeline.

  • Provide support to NA Finance, HR and brand leadership by tracking and analyzing commission/incentive activity.

  • Troubleshoot system calculation and reporting problems

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in a Finance group or Public Accounting team

  • Strong analytic and computer skills required (MS office suite)

We also look for individuals with these capabilities:

  • Previous experience with commissions or incentive compensation a plus

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications is a plus

  • Experience with services industry preferred
