Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Senior Nurse Manager ASC- Springwoods Village ASC in Spring, Texas

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, ENDO, Pre-Op and PACU departments, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, AAAHC and AORN standards for ambulatory surgical facilities. Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, Director of Nursing, Senior Director, and ASC Leadership team

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $ 122,247 - $151,015 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: BSN or 7 years of comparable experience in an ASC

Preferred: MSN preferred

Experience

Required: 5 years clinical leadership in perioperative or endoscopy settings.

Preferred: Ambulatory Surgery Center experience

License(s)

Required: BCLS

Preferred: Specialty Certification

Special Skills

Required: Computer skills; working knowledge with Word

Power Point

Preferred: Advanced computer skills

Other

Required: N/A

Preferred: Previous AAAHC preparation experience

Working Environment: Office/ Other (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
