Liberty Healthcare Corporation Senior Proposal Manager (remote) in United States
Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for an available full-time Senior Proposal Manager position.
This position will be a key contributor to our organization’s marketing and business development team.
This role is responsible for leading, planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to business opportunities.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Managing the successful development of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across various functional teams
Applying experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions
Contributing to the writing and developing of proposal content
Leading and analyzing RFI, RFQ, RFPs and other bid documents for requirements
Actively monitoring for activities related to active and potential solicitations
Developing the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plan
Working with the proposal team to determine writing assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into proposal
Participating in strategic planning that includes evaluating marketing intelligence, identifying customer concerns, and key issues, and developing win strategies
Preparing and leading proposal kickoff meetings, win strategy meetings, color team reviews and daily status calls, ensuring activities adhere to the proposal development plan
Ensuring the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables
Coordinating and supporting the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging in finalizing the proposal submission and response processes
Managing and maintaining the accuracy of proposal database content
Providing final quality control check, including proofreading for grammar, request for proposal compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing proposal processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software, such as InDesign and Adobe
Understanding of the Shipley process
Experience writing persuasive proposal copy
Outstanding editing, communication, and organizational skills
This is a remote first position which will allow you to work primarily form your home office and require you to travel to the organization’s corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia a few times a year.
