Responsibilities:

The Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.

• Previous Service Advisor Experience is a must.

• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.

• Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.

The CA base pay range for this position is $17.28 - and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives. The position is also eligible for bi-weekly commission + benefits. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.
