We’re looking for a Site Operations Manager at our project site in Dublin.

    What you’ll do:

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, fully compliant with all site safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Operational Management: Oversee all post-COD contractual operations, delivering required project margins and financial goals. Ensure optimal utilization of personnel, assets, and material resources.

  • Customer Relations: Conduct regular Service Quality and Performance Meetings with the customer. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required site reports/data.

  • Maintenance & Reporting: Adhere to all maintenance schedules and reporting procedures for equipment under your control.

  • Team Development: Manage induction, performance appraisal, succession planning, development reviews, and training plans. Ensure compliance with internal/external qualifications and ESR requirements.

    You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Background in Operational/Engineering/Technical fields with a proven track record of managing large power projects.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams with strong leadership and people skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor teams at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with wider teams.

  • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and maintain a drive for high standards and timely results.
