Required Skills

  • Drive Client satisfaction for a portfolio of assigned Client.

  • Demonstrates expert ability at managing several business lines.

  • Develop strategic account plans and drives revenue ensuring a profitable client portfolio.

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for client facing strategic management of a portfolio of clients. The majority of which have several product lines (domestic, international, household goods). Coordinates periodic business reviews with clients, work with client to provide value added solutions to their identified goals.

  • Drive financial health of assigned Clients. Identify and help drive incremental revenue/growth opportunities, including but not limited to regional expansion of services delivered, manage receivables, and client related travel cost.

  • Monitor and review service delivery escalations and works with appropriate parties to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction. Builds positive working relationships with Operations and other Client support groups to agree on root cause, develop solutions to prevent reoccurrence and determine timely client communication.

  • Documents and maintains timely and accurate client requirements and profile information. Actively responsible for implementation of a new client or new services for an existing client.

  • Demonstrates personal professional growth by seeking out opportunities to learn additional business lines.

  • Provides sales support as needed.

Required Experience

Knowledge/Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years of Relocation or Assignment Management experience required. Minimum two (2) years of professional work experience in management or account management required.

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant field is required. Five (5) years of relevant work experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education.

    Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training

  • GMS and/or CRP preferred.

    Skills and Abilities

  • Able to travel regularly, approximately 50% of the time.
