Responsibilities You will review approved schedules, develop plans to manage teams timely execution of activities and events to meet critical program milestone. You will lead the effort to improve system performance after fielding by preforming technical/cost evaluations of fielded systems and developing initiatives. You will develop business strategy to justify requirements an ensure support through the Master Work Schedule (MWS). You will refine Life Cycle Sustainment Plans to reflect concurrent design changes throughout the life cycle to include Product Improvement Plans, Modifications, and Technology Insertions. You will monitor readiness of systems and equipment, making recommendation or outlining strategies to improve readiness rates. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Product Support sustainment activities, coordinating with the warfighter, equipment manufacturer, other service agencies, on related matters during all phases of the life cycle for assigned systems and equipment; and providing resource requirements (personnel, training, and funding) to obtain and manage resources.
