RGP Tax Manager in United States
RGP’s Financial Services practice serves clients across the asset management, capital markets, financial institutions, and insurance industries. On this particular team, you'll focusing on compliance, advisory, and tax consulting solutions.
Manage tax consulting projects requiring in-depth tax analysis, including the assessment of complex tax structures for financial entities and their affiliates.
Review and oversee tax workpapers, provision calculations, and tax returns prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Lead and manage federal and state tax compliance and consulting engagements for clients in the financial services sector, including banking, asset management, and insurance.
Solid understanding of U. . tax codes and regulations.
Proven experience with filing U. . Federal and State tax returns.
Strong foundation in the core principles and concepts of tax compliance and consulting.
Proficiency with technology, especially MS Excel.
Strong capability to manage and complete complex tasks independently, solve problems, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in conducting in-depth tax research and analysis.
Exceptional organizational skills and proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $70-$90
