Join Molnlycke as a Territory Sales Representative in our Wound Care Division. In this dynamic role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, empowering them with innovative solutions to enhance patient care. As a trusted advisor, you’ll educate customers on product features and usage while driving growth in your territory. Beyond sales, you’ll engage in activities like maintaining customer records, preparing impactful reports, attending trade shows, and collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared success. At Molnlycke, we prioritize patient care! You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:

  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Represent Molnlycke in sales calls and negotiations, achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Expand business opportunities by introducing new products, showcasing features and benefits, and deepening engagement with current customers.

  • Collaborate with Distributor management and sales teams to align sales and marketing efforts, drive growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the customer service team to provide timely solutions.

  • Cultivate effective customer relationships within the territory to promote awareness of needs and deliver exceptional service.

  • Maintain open communication with internal teams, sharing insights on sales goals, product availability, pricing, marketing strategies, and order statuses.

  • Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing expense and activity reports, maintaining customer records, analyzing sales data, and processing orders.

  • Support special projects and other assignments as needed to drive team success.

    What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university

  • 3+ years of successful Medical Device/Supply experience

  • Winning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented and a patient-first mindset

  • Must hold valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must be able to obtain & maintain the required credentialing, which may include COVID-19 Vaccinations
