Job Description:
We’re looking for a Training and Documentation Specialist to join our Policy Admin - Training & Development team at MBPS. In this role, you are accountable for the facilitation of skill-based training.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly review and evaluate course delivery and material to ensure they meet client and learner needs and that standards of quality and effectiveness are maintained.
Follow up with learners and stakeholders to measure program success and ensure learning transfer.
Conduct training needs and skill gap analyses for transactional/service roles
Create learning objectives and measures to deliver knowledge transfer
Provide training performance feedback to participants and managers
Manage intake process and prioritization for training requests
Create and maintain variety of training documents and aids
Create and manage project plans and training schedules
Manage intake tool for documentation (triage of incoming requests, providing timely responses)
Ability to create and maintain procedure documentation in knowledge databases in an efficient way to reduce duplication and effort
Manage small scale documentation update initiatives
Maintain document controls assuring accurate audit trail for all updates
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Skills to Hire:
1 year relative experience in learning and development
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and writing)
Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and outline key steps in delivering good customer service)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to comprehend and act on presented customer concern or problem
Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time
Demonstrated capability to perform knowledge transfer
Nice to Haves:
Preferably, with facilitation background
Basic knowledge in Individual Insurance is an advantage
Basic knowledge in Training Needs Analysis is an advantage
Basic knowledge in Technical writing and usage of SharePoint, Ondexx and Salesforce is an advantage
