Experience is key in this role, especially related to travel sales and personal travel adventures. if you've got a strong background in travel sales and have explored the world firsthand, we want to hear from you! Additionally, if you've graduated from an accredited travel school, that's a huge plus. Must have domestic and international experience.

This is a fully remote/work from home position. In order to be considered, candidates must reside within our territory, which includes Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, and West Virginia.

AAA Travel Advisors support Member/non-Member sales and service on multiple levels through multiple communication channels related to full-service domestic and international travel products.

In addition, AAA Travel Advisors also:

• Serve Members/non-Members through telephone, email, and web chat channels by selling and servicing all domestic and international travel-related products. with a concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products.

• Operates and is familiar with all ACA travel systems and applicable travel partner booking sites.

• Complies with all ARC regulations and Club policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.

• Answers and accurately processes incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and web chat sessions related to AAA travel while demonstrating a pleasant and professional manner in compliance with quality guidelines.

• Participates as a user in testing of new systems/procedures. Mentor other Travel Contact Center Associates.

Do you have what it takes to be a AAA Travel Advisor:

• High School Diploma

• A graduate of an accredited travel school (Preferred)

• Minimum of Eighteen (18) months experience as a full-service Leisure Travel Agent

• Experience with domestic and international travel.

• Must be able to work one weekend day each week (shorter hours) - steady schedule.
