Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as an Information Architect, User Experience Designer/Architect, User Interface Designer, or Interaction Designer
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to strategically create compelling user experiences that factor in business goals, development capabilities, design standards and user needs
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standards
Position Description : Develop game-changing, industry-leading, enviable digital experiences to simplify the customer experience for multiple lines of business. Know the business, how to speak the business’ language, and translate consumer insights into UX strategies and execution that propel us to a bright future. Collaborate and build consensus with key stakeholders; always representing the user point of view, striking the balance between the ideal, and the realities of feasibility and delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain deep understanding of the current experience, business objectives, audience(s), roadmap, features, design trends and best practices, research, metrics, VOC and other m easures, competitive landscape.
Lead efforts to continuously improve the customer experience, including usability testing, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, and MVT; share findings with UX, project, and business stakeholders
Lead creation of early design sketches and end state vision/design prototypes to help inform strategy
Ensure that digital principles, standards, styles, design patterns, and renderings are followed and represented correctly
Identify opportunities to stretch current or create new digital Humana standards
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of experience as an Information Architect, User Experience Designer/Architect, User Interface Designer, or Interaction Designer
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to strategically create compelling user experiences that factor in business goals, development capabilities, design standards and user needs
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standards
Strategically adept with a penchant for curiosity; determined
Ability to prioritize and stay focused on fewer, bigger, better, and faster
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine business strategy in the digital arena, develop and execute big ideas while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
Required Qualifications:
Experience designing with business, technical and design guideline constraints
Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience creating conceptual models, site maps, interaction flows, design patterns, UI specifications, taxonomies and metadata frameworks
Experience creating interactive prototypes (e.g., Azure , Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD) Role Desirables
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading or participating in user research, and translating user research into design decisions Experience with Azure
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or similar field; an advanced degree in human computer interaction, user interface design, human factors or design planning, is preferred
Significant relevant work experience may substitute for an advanced degree
Ability to adapt existing processes and deliverables when necessary to meet project needs and improve efficiency and quality
