We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior leader to join CRST. As the Vice President of Dedicated Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of CRST.

Reporting to the President of Dedicated Solutions. the Vice President of Dedicated Sales will provide leadership to position the organization at the forefront of the industry. Working with his/her team, marketing, sales enablement, pricing, operations, and the President of Dedicated Solutions, the Vice President of Dedicated Sales will be responsible for developing marketing, prospecting, and dedicated sales strategies focused on acquiring new customers while evaluating revenue quality and resilience. This leader will have oversight of outside sales professionals and lead generation team members.

This leader will drive focus on customer solutions that include:

  • Dedicated TL

  • Regional one-way TL

  • Yard and warehouse operations

Our ideal leader will lead an effective and efficient sales team by understanding CRST's capabilities and value proposition. You will drive conversations with internal teams to develop and execute strategies related to sales, marketing, and prospecting while being an executive leader with full responsibility for the team's results.

  • Monitoring sales activity and results using key performance indicators; ensuring attainment of objectives and taking corrective action as necessary

  • Is a driving force in creating a high-energy environment that fosters and rewards team success

  • Champions technology solutions to continue to move our business forward

  • You lead a team that is aggressive, they take action and enjoy winning

The experience you bring will include:

  • Minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience leading an effective sales team with a top-tier dedicated provider. You will need to have an in-depth understanding and connection with customers who utilize dedicated services.

  • Previous P&L management in excess of 200m.

  • Four-year college degree is highly preferred.
