Job Location: Remote, USA

As a key member of our team, this individual will work collaboratively to deliver data-driven solutions that are user-friendly and drive effective decision-making for the company. By working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, this person will help drive our collective success through their expertise in data analysis and reporting.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Works with various stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle, service delivery, and the business to analyze comprehensive data patterns and provide insights on employee data.

  • Collaborates with data owners, data governance council, and stakeholders to develop data auditing processes and establish guidelines for a data dictionary.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting & data visualization capabilities, streamline processes and optimize performance by leveraging data analytics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.

  • Responsible for evaluating and updating the Workday reporting catalogue to meet business requirements and establishing a program that builds reporting and analytics capability within the HR team.

  • Implement and drive maintenance of the data catalog with consideration for data discoverability, compliance, privacy, information security, and quality.

  • Generate insights to support executive presentations and documentation and creates executive-ready analytics deliverables (e.g., reports, PPTs).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree is required

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting, analytics, visualization and reporting security

  • Advanced Workday reporting experience required including, but not limited to Matrix & Composite reports, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and PowerBI

  • Knowledge of HR processing and best practice requirements

  • Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) while thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
