Our reputable client in Vista is seeking a friendly, professional individual to serve as a Front Desk Associate. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all aspects of client-facing duties and front office reception.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests, answer all incoming calls, and redirect them when needed.

• Manage bookings and reservations.

• Continuous upkeep of reception area and office supplies.

• Handle guest complaints and special requests, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to offer to our guests and clients.

  Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Front Desk Associate or Receptionist.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
