Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PM), and repair expertise on plant production equipment. This includes high-speed assembly, printing, packaging equipment, and auxiliary equipment. Experience in injection molding is a plus. The role involves troubleshooting hydraulic components, using schematics, testing equipment to diagnose complex hydraulic and pneumatic problems, and familiarity with PLC, I/O logic, AC/DC drives repairs. You will assist in ensuring maintenance tasks such as PMs, CMs, and TPMs are executed efficiently and help in maintenance planning and development of SOPs. The role also includes entering machine information into the CMMS work order system and responding to trouble calls as a first responder in facility emergencies.
