Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with materials planning and logistics, reviewing production data, and processing data.

• Lead team meetings communicating quality and production information in addition to general information from other locations/departments

• Coach and counsel crew members in safety, performance, attendance, training, housekeeping/5S, and quality to ensure understanding and compliance of company requirements

• Perform audits in areas of safety, training, and quality to support company needs, and develop countermeasures when necessary
