Scope/Supervision: A positive working relationship with all team members and supervision in all departments. Assemble all products in identified value stream Support operations in the assembly department Pull jobs and put parts away as needed Support and participate in all LEAN activities and actively problem solve issues Follow all OSHA compliance regulations Perform multiple tasks simultaneously Be an effective team member and perform other duties as required by supervision and as responsibilities necessitate Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy Proven ability to use various computer programs to access needed documents Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player Strict adherence to 5S+Safety Follow all OSHA compliance regulations Be an active member of High Performance Team(s) Attendance is required. * High school diploma or equivalent * High level of mechanical aptitude * Ability to read and understand assembly drawings * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player * Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Must have basic math skills (i.e. metric conversion) * Ability to utilize measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, micrometers, tape measure) * Must be able to regularly lift up to 25lbs., and occasionally lift over 40lbs. with team assistance. * Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time. * Must be able to withstand repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, ladders, and squatting. * Daily attendance is required.
