Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for all preventative and emergency maintenance on equipment used for processing corn into corn syrup and cornmeal. Key tasks include routine greasing of equipment, frequent pump and conveyor repair and maintenance, motor alignments, bearing maintenance, changing fluids, and swapping gear boxes. This role requires working in various areas of an industrial processing building, including occasional outdoor work.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wahpeton, North Dakota.

Work Environment

The work environment is an industrial processing building which is loud and can be hot. The technician will generally work with one other person on major projects, but most preventative maintenance tasks are done independently. The position includes working 4 10-hour days with a start time between 6 AM to 8 AM, including rotating on-call duties every 5-6 weekends. On-call shifts are compensated with a minimum of 5 hours of overtime, with additional pay if called in.
