The Advanced Project Support Manager is responsible for coordinating with local and corporate teams to address problems and get jobs to installation. An ideal candidate for this role will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team to meet the demands of the position and goals set by management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Corporate liaison between local and corporate operations and local sales teams.

• Accountable for goals set by management.

• Monitor project pipeline, actively and pro-actively work with Sales, local Operations and Sales Operations to address problems and find solutions.

• Actively work through the pipeline to identify projects ready to move forward.

Qualifications & Experience

• Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM

• Prior solar experience a plus

• Prior Operational Project Management experience a plus

• Proficient in multiple forms of communication.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

• Strong decision making and problem solving.

• Ability to work with a team and independently.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office).
