Accounting Manager

Very reputable, diverse and financial stable is hiring a an Accounting Manager to transition with the incumbent who will be retiring.

Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will be responsible by managing daily accounting including AP and have direct responsibility for general ledger accounting and monthly GAAP financial reporting, cost accounting and analysis and liaison with the external CPA firm.

Minimum requirements include strong GAAP knowledge, general ledger reconciliation, month end close, financial reporting, the willingness to learn cost accounting and analysis, supervisory experience, ERP systems experience and strong excel skills. “Pluses” include experience in manufacturing and cost accounting and analysis.

The base salary range is to $130,000 plus bonus.
