Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager

Robert Half has partnered with an internationally recognized company that is rapidly growing, yet still values their tight-knit community at local headquarters here in Central CT. As part of their expansion, they are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join the Customer Service team.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely coordinate all customer orders

• Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure order details are accurate

• Provide prompt updates concerning the status of customer orders

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, product information, etc.

• Review and run appropriate reports as required

• Advocate for process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
