Job Title: E&I Technician

Job Description

We are seeking resumes for Electricians and Instrument Technicians for the Maintenance Department. You will maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment. Responsibilities include problem solving, troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining process devices and equipment. Additionally, you will monitor and provide feedback on equipment conditions and potential failure risks. You’ll be required to work at heights and in confined spaces. Instrument Technicians need experience with problem solving, troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial process devices and equipment. Candidates must have completed a two-year formal training including AC/DC theory, process control, calibration or have equivalent experience. Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training curriculum from an accredited program and three years of experience will be accepted in lieu of apprenticeship program completion. All candidates will be required to pass the company's standardized aptitude test for final consideration.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wallula, Washington.

Work Environment

This is a union environment. Employees will receive all of the rights and benefits associated with union membership when they join our mill facility. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits. For the first year, the shift is 6am-2:30pm and is not eligible for union rotating shift until after the first year.
