Bingo Lingo LLC Marketng Manager and Executive Administrator (Graphis Design) in Walnut, California

TITLE: Marketing and Executive Administrator (contractual management position will grow into fulltime management company position)

Direct report to the CEO as an Executive Assistant to provide company and sales team support with onboarding, tech support, marketing, reports, analysis, and other duties as assigned. One that has a marketing background can enhance the role. This role should not be minimized, it is a focus currently as we work through a company re-start.

Skills Required: Administrative abilities, graphics design, marketing, excel, adobe illustrator, technology, selling. Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Phone interaction with customers and the ability to proof documents are required skills we target.

IF YOU ARE A GRAPHIC DESIGNER- YOU MUST: be outgoing, enjoy phone work, voice to voice communication, salesmanship, the desire to engage with sponsors/advertisers, event managers, staff, and sales administration and training. This position is not for those that rely on email and backroom communication, a pro-active personality is vital.

Illustrator and Excel a Must (good math skills)

Part-Time (27 to 30 hours per week): one can enhance earnings working sales on off administrative hours (defined below- sales optional.

Work Remotely anywhere USA.

While this role is based on an Independent Contractor basis starting out, it is considered a Management Role within the company to include management bonuses based on company goals being reached and exceeded. Expect to grow into a W2 role within six months with added benefits.

Company Background:

COMPANY IS IN A RESTART

A twenty-year-old publishing/advertising company expanding, seeks someone part-time interested in graphics, art, design, website enhancement, administration, sales, marketing, and advertising. This part-time position can be independently worked from home. Knowledgeable in illustrator is imperative and photoshop.

We sell ads to be placed inside a program we create and donate to Bingo Charities. We are a for-profit company that supports worthy charities in California.

Phone calls during California business hours are required to follow up on a timely basis Sponsors to complete ads on a timely basis. We produce approximately 24 programs per year, about 2 programs per month. A good phone personality and friendliness is an important quality we seek in this role.

This position best fits a junior manager, college student, looking to gain experience working for a seasoned business manager.

This starts out as a contract job upfront, paid every two weeks, bonuses monthly, that can move into a senior role as the company increases revenue during 2023.

Maintenance and upgrades to our website will be under this department. Creativity is a must and good follow-up and communication with the CEO daily is essential.

INCOME POTENTIAL: this is an incentive driven opportunity with an upside of $50,000 plus annually. As the company grows, your income will grow, contract guarantee monthly of $2,000.

Your contractual guaranteed amount of $2,000 per month can increase significantly through bonus plans and your ability to upsell a sale. This is an incentive driven company, the better the company does, the better your earnings will prosper This is not an hourly paid position.

BONUS INCENTIVES TO INCREASE INCOME OVER $4,000 Per Month

Bonus plans monthly, quarte and annually are included. They can increase earnings based on the companys sales growth. It is expected to take ninety days or more until grow will accommodate monthly bonuses, however, it is expected to increase earnings upward of $4,000 per month, based on revenue growth.

The role and quality of this departments work can enhance the product and increase sales. As sales increase, your bonus potential will increase.

The ability/desire to upsell is needed (a must), when reaching out to our Sponsors to create ads this role will include upselling to larger ad space and addition online products. Commissions are paid to this manager for upsells produced. Upsell $800 per week will increase monthly earnings by $900 per month.

Selling Option: to increase income for those that have a desire to sell ads to enhance income through extra hours invested. Sell 3 Ads per week and earn an extra $1,740 monthly. (Selling new ads is optional, Upselling in mandatory)

As the company expands this role can increase in hours and move into a Fulltime role as Director of Marketing, W2 employee with a salary and bonuses. This can be accomplished within 6 months, should the company demonstrate the expected growth.

The business can be fast paces and programs are published at deadlines, one must be reliable and able to work under a timeline routine.
