Behavior Treatment & Analysis Administrative Assistant in Walnut Creek, California
General Description:
The General Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative duties such as multitasking, document management, and communication with internal and external sources.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.
Rate: $25 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Assist various departments including but not limited to scheduling and operations
Assist in the updating of forms, templates, and documentation
Assist in making and answering phone calls, emails, any form of related correspondence
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Minimum high school degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
1+ years of experience in community outreach or a similar role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry a plus
1+ years of experience with administrative duties and documentation
Knowledge of the Contra Costa Health Plan and local healthcare providers is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Software
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
