Behavior Treatment & Analysis Administrative Assistant in Walnut Creek, California

General Description:

The General Administrative Assistant will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative duties such as multitasking, document management, and communication with internal and external sources.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am till 5:00 pm.

Rate: $25 per hour

Work address: 2313 Lennon Ln, Suite 100, Walnut Creek CA, 94598

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

  • Assist various departments including but not limited to scheduling and operations

  • Assist in the updating of forms, templates, and documentation

  • Assist in making and answering phone calls, emails, any form of related correspondence

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

  • 1+ years of experience in community outreach or a similar role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry a plus

  • 1+ years of experience with administrative duties and documentation

  • Knowledge of the Contra Costa Health Plan and local healthcare providers is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Software

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
