Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience in managing production, quality control, and maintenance functions. Leadership and team management skills:
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors, maintenance, and plant workers
Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Monitor production activities to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with industry standards.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive labor-management relationship
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Establish and monitor PM schedules to reduce unforeseen downtime of equipment.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly
Lead teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure there are no repeat offenders.
