Description We are looking for a Receptionist to be based in our Waltham, Massachusetts office. In this role, you will be tasked with front desk duties, handling visitor badges, and performing various administrative tasks. As a Receptionist, you offer a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the front desk, including greeting visitors and providing badges

• Assisting with lunch orders and other administrative tasks as needed

• Utilizing a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls

• Providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff

• Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining organized files

• Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks

• Placing work orders as needed

• Leveraging Google Suite for various tasks

• Demonstrating effective interpersonal skills in all interactions. Requirements • Entry level position; no prior experience required

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Demonstrable customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and visitors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an efficient filing system

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
