CNC Operator

1st and 3rd shift (12 hours)

$20-24 h/r

Walton, KY

Responsibilities

• Able to perform setup and changeovers on machinery

• Experience in reading blueprints and schematics

• Experience with Mazak, Okuma or Haas machinery is a plus

• Comfortable working in a high temp environment with large induction furnaces

• Load and unload machines to meet production and quality standards

• Document the manufacturing process, making note of discrepancies and outcomes

• Troubleshooting manufacturing anomalies and preventative maintenance as required

• Using basic measurement tools to quality check parks to blueprints

Essential Skills

• Setups/Changeovers on Machinery

• Measurement Tools

• Experience with tooling changes

• Experience with computers for data entry

• Ability to read blueprints.
