Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in industrial maintenance and a solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. This full-time position requires the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, maintain electrical and pneumatic pumps and systems, and possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Some welding and torch work will be required. Compensation is $25.50 per hour.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wampum, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This is an industrial environment. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You will need to wear a respirator in certain areas depending on the work being done. Current openings are 1 on nightshift and 2 with open availability. This environment is standard for someone who has worked in the refractory industry before.
