Summary

We have a need for a Logistics Management Analyst to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers or customer representatives, attend meetings, and deploy for special projects.

  • Resolve QDRs, 107/202s.

  • Obtain, screen, reduce, and analyze complex logistics and technical data and information.

  • Manage, oversee, schedule, and assign tasks to one or more multiple jobs.

  • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment.

  • Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.

  • Analyze and evaluate products and related performance.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.

  • Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.

  • Maintain effective customer communications and relations.

  • May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors' in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of aircraft structures and maintenance processes and procedures.

  • Ability to analyze maintenance data.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of the maintenance data collection systems used by the Air Force, Depot, and the Government (i.e., IMDS, JRAMS, etc.).

  • Experience reading and interpreting technical publications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and Air Force drawings.

  • Clearance: May be required to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
