Advanced Automation Corporation Project Leader in Warner Robins, Georgia
AAC (Advanced Automation Corporation) has a need for a Project Leader in Warner Robbings, GA. This position manages the daily activities and performance of one or more task orders supporting Air Force technical data management. The position will be responsible for the quality of work, quantity and schedule of deliveries, preparation of milestone charts and other production status reports that ensure compliance with PWS objectives. Individual must have a working knowledge of military specifications governing the preparation of technical data - to include military specifications/standards, and guidance documents. The chosen candidate must have demonstrated experience in one of the following areas of technical data management:
Editorial
Editorial support consists of developing, authoring, editing, composing, illustrating, and quality assurance of Air Force, Country Standard TOs (CSTO) and Flight Manuals (FMs) in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force Technical Manual Specifications and Standards (TMSS).
Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA)
TOMA support includes the acquisition support, sustainment, format approval, publication review, storage and distribution of TOs and related technical data in accordance with TOMA duties as outlined in AFPD 63-1/AFPD 20-1, AFI 63-101/20-101, AFI 63-138, AFMCI 63-10, and 00-5-series TOs.
Technical Data Distribution Support
Technical data distribution is the processing of One Time Requisitions (OTRs) and the Initial Distribution (ID) and delivery of Technical Data products such as changes, revisions, supplements and TCTOs to end user, after final Government approval. Distribution may include, digital or paper, be unclassified or classified at any security level.
Technical Content Management Support
TCM support includes sustainment support for the verification, acquisition and modification of technical data as outlined in AFMCI 63-101, TO 00-5-1, TO 00-5-3, TO 00-5-15, 00-5-16 and TO 00-5-19. The Contractor shall provide support for the accuracy, adequacy, and classification of Technical Data and their related technical content.
Technical Order Library Support
Technical order library support includes establishing and/or sustainment of AF TO libraries in accordance with TO 00-5-1, TO 00-5-16, AFI 21-101, and other related TO policies. This support includes the management of physical TO library inventories for digital and paper TO and non-TO technical documents. Services include but are not limited to support for Paper and non-paper TOs, Computer Program Identification Numbers (CPINs), Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technical data, Test Requirement Documents (TRDs), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
Engineering Data Support:
Engineering data support is for sustainment of engineering data to include engineering data management, drafting, 3D model development, Bill of Material (BOM) development, CAD data processing, quality assurance, and repository services.
Technical Data Conversion
Technical Data Conversion is the transition of legacy source data formats such as scanning of paper to PDF, transitioning FrameMaker to SGML or converting non-standard SGML to the latest TMSS formats such as those outlined in MIL-STD-3048, MIL-STD-1808 and associated MIL-DTLs.
Technical Data Sustainment Support
Technical data sustainment support includes the management of AF wide technical data systems and processes that are integrated in the technical data categories of this contract. Contractor may be required to provide services to one or multiple programs across the AF from a single location.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Five years of experience related to technical data management
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Prior experience working with USAF or other military branch
Prior experience managing teams and/or task orders
