Additive and Advanced Manufacturing Facility Project Manager Key Role: Assume responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the operation of our state-of-the-art Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing facility. Lead and manage the technical team responsible for operating the Additive and Advanced Manufacturing equipment within the facility. Collaborate with working-level and upper-level leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals. Utilize firsthand experience with US Government Program Management to navigate regulatory and compliance requirements. Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track facility performance, project milestones, and operational metrics. Evaluate technical projects to ensure feasibility, resource allocation, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Drive and support a positive culture within the technical team, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and knowledge sharing. Communicate project details, progress updates, and technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with US Government Program Management

Experience creating and maintaining analytics dashboards

Experience in Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing processes

Ability to engage with both working-level and upper-level leadership

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in overseeing technical teams within manufacturing or engineering environments

Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Additive and Advanced Manufacturing

Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Secret clearance

Master's degree

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
