Job Title: Facility Group Leader

Job Description

• Candidates will be in charge of contractors doing work and ensuring their safety

• They will be responsible for ensuring that contractors are performing their tasks safely and according to the project scope

• The candidate will need to report information on a spreadsheet, hold contractors accountable to the project's scope, stay organized throughout the day, communicate effectively with contractors and the customer, walk through different buildings to conduct safety observations, and enter data into trackers and various systems

• This role will be 50% in the field and 50% in the site operations building

• The position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional extended hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors' work and ensure their safety onsite

• Ensure contractors are adhering to the project scope

• Report project information on spreadsheets

• Hold contractors accountable to the project scope

• Stay organized throughout the day

• Conduct safety observations by walking through different buildings

• Enter data into trackers and various systems

Essential Skills

• Experience in contract management and administration

• Knowledge of safety procedures

• Proficiency in data entry and customer service

• Leadership skills

• Experience in facilities management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

• Strong organization and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25
