Lead Installer Position: Immediate Hiring!

McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Warren is seeking a Lead Installer for a full-time position that could evolve into a management role for the right candidate. We're looking for a dedicated team player willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to the company's growth and success, demonstrating strong leadership qualities. Pay range: $28 - $40/hr. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lead Installer in residential and light commercial applications is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct an installation crew

• Train apprentices

• Perform installations from start to finish

• Sheet metal fabrication (a plus)

• Install boilers (combi, steam & hot), ductless mini splits, heat pumps, RTU, air handlers, Spacepak, tankless water heaters (a plus)

• Adhere to current codes

• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills

• Complete all necessary paperwork

• Be dependable and punctual

• Maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Undergo 3-month, 6-month, and one-year reviews

• Dedication, hard work, and professionalism

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Pass a drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
