Booz Allen Hamilton Test System Engineer in Warren, Michigan

Test System Engineer Key Role: Perform technical fabrication support assignments inside laboratory and testing facilities, including experimental development design, fabrication, and component integration. Construct hardware fixtures for testing. Develop testing plans and requirements. Plan, coordinate, and advise laboratory testing and field exercise events. Extract and compile data from field notes, technical manuals, lab reports, and bench tests. Consolidate information about operational failures and modifications. Follow defined methods of data presentation and prepares reports, including schematics and drawings.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience conducting laboratory and field testing and evaluation processes, including managing setup, logistics, and security

2+ years of experience planning and designing general test setup for compiling data sets for a given test subject and documenting tests through procedures, checklists, and lessons learned

Experience managing test schedules and communicating test delays or issues

Experience in conducting data analysis

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in automotive and industrial mechanics

Knowledge of construction fundamentals

Knowledge of hand tools and fabrication methods

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
