Job Summary: The role of the Lead - Talent Acquisition is to develop, establish and drive talent acquisition strategy for Cipla North America by building a high-quality talent pipeline in order to enable the organization's growth and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement TA Strategy: Create a comprehensive Talent Acquisition framework and operating model, forming cross-functional partnerships to align with business requirements and track the TA budget for Cipla North America.
  • Optimize Hiring Processes: Analyze and streamline the existing TA processes to enhance usability and efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and utilizing ATS (SuccessFactors RCM) effectively.
  • Manage Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for USA and overseas teams, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead Consultant and Vendor Negotiations: Develop and lead the process for negotiating and empaneling consultants, search firms, and other recruitment technology solutions.
  • Define Sourcing Methodology: Establish methodologies and processes for sourcing talent from various pools, defining timelines in consultation with BU Heads, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Campus Recruitment Strategy: Build and manage Cipla North America's campus recruitment strategy, including lifecycle management of interns and maintaining campus relations.
  • Support Executive Hiring: Assist in executive team recruitment, coordinating with global TA teams for vendor evaluation, candidate search, offers, and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies on campuses, career websites, and social media platforms, including organizing and attending career fairs and giving presentations.
  • TA Analytics and Reporting: Track and report TA metrics to stakeholders, publish weekly updates to Head HR and leadership, and implement standard reporting mechanisms across businesses.
  • Stay Informed on Recruitment Trends: Keep abreast of global recruitment trends and labor market conditions to effectively attract top talent.

Educational qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in TA leadership role preferably in a high growth environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Excellent analytical ability with strong forecasting skills.
  • Excellent presentation and people skills, with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships across all levels in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Influencing skills with strong communication skills.
  • Technologically adept with experience in managing recruitment systems.
