Brand Manager will lead the high priority initiative to define and execute the strategy to enhance value and access for the Respiratory portfolio, support the development of a cross-category initiative to define and execute the strategy for Haleon Children’s portfolio, and have Management of the overall relationship of the partnerships with Kenvue (Nicorette) and Sanofi (NicoDerm and other brands) and the Commercial contact for the alliance with AstraZeneca (Nexium).

Key responsibilities for the value and access initiative for the Respiratory Portfolio:

  • Define the strategy to enhance value and access across the Respiratory portfolio

  • Create and execute the annual brand plans for the strategy through collaboration with the brand teams

  • Build a culture of consumer obsession, creative bravery, executional excellence while leading the End to End strategy and execution underpinned through the Repeatable Growth Model delivering long term sustainable growth.

  • Partner with the Global Category and US innovation and CBIA teams to continue to develop and successfully commercialize a robust pipeline of products and claims across Allergy, Cold/Cough/Flu and Smokers’ Health meeting consumer needs while delivering category growth and expansion

  • Partner with the CS&P and Brand Teams to define and execute PPA and portfolio optimization initiatives across the portfolio

Key responsibilities for the Children’s Portfolio strategy

  • Assist the Brand Director to define the unified marketing strategy for Haleon’s Children’s portfolio across Wellness, Respiratory, OHC and Pain Relief

  • Create and execute the annual brand plans for the Children’s portfolio in partnership with the respective brand teams

  • Build a culture of consumer obsession, creative bravery, executional excellence while leading the End to End strategy and execution underpinned through the Repeatable Growth Model delivering long term sustainable growth.

  • Lead and develop a high performing team comprising numerous cross functional partners embedding our purpose

  • Partner with the Global Category and US innovation and insights teams to continue to develop and successfully commercialize a robust pipeline of products in Children’s Wellness, Respiratory, OHC and Pain Relief, meeting consumer needs while delivering category growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities for managing Alliance partnerships:

  • Day to day contact for partnership activities with Kenvue and Sanofi. These activities include new product development projects, business continuity projects, financial terms, supply management, and partnership agreements. The Brand Manager interacts with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical and R&D.

  • Support the Smokers’ Health Brand Director in building and maintaining a strong relationship with the partners. This includes resolving issues and differences in a timely and professional manner that is beneficial to the partnership.

  • For the Kenvue partnership, the Brand Manager will organize and facilitate the bi-annual, typically May and October, the Nicorette Business Review (NBR) meeting which provides an update on the total Nicorette business. This includes developing the agenda, organizing preparation meetings, consolidating the presentation deck, selecting the venue and facilitating the meeting. Typically, these are in person meetings for a full day or longer.

  • For the Sanofi partnership, the Brand Manager will organize and facilitate an annual board meeting and quarterly meetings to provide updates and ensure long term collaboration. The annual meeting is typical a two hour in-person meeting and the quarterly meetings are a one-hour teleconference.

  • For the AstraZeneca partnership, the Brand Manager is the Commercial point of contact for Nexium. Responsible for obtaining the Marketing and financial updates from the countries marketing Nexium. Work closely with the Business Development lead and Legal on partnership issues. Attend the yearly Joint Alliance Team meeting (JAT) and present the commercial and finance update.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business discipline

  • Experience developing and executing brand and category strategies that deliver on overall enterprise KPIs

  • P&L and Operating Budget experience within a matrix organization

  • Proven success in managing complex, matrix environments to effectively deliver strong marketing plans, bringing together the priorities of cross functional teams and key stakeholders

  • Experience in new product launches/innovation and delivering results in a matrix organization

  • Demonstrated effectiveness as leader, facilitator, and team member, with strong communication skills.

  • Decisive and developing proficiency in influencing, collaboration and conflict management

Preferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is $ 131,166 - $180,353 USD + bonus
