As Brand Manager of Voltaren , you will be leading one of the key businesses in the US Pain Portfolio with critical growth expectations of a global Power Brand. The brand manager will be responsible for partnering with the Global OTC Category and the US Innovation team to drive strong long-term Voltaren growth and leading day to day operations of a purpose-driven, humanity-focused power brand.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support day-to-day business operations by analyzing insights/data to identify opportunities to overdeliver targets with CS&P, Analytics, Finance, and Demand/Supply Ops, while anticipating performance risks and developing contingency plans to manage through them.

  • Lead 360 creative development, delivering meaningful and relevant content through close agency partnership

  • Manage media strategy and execution of comms, while evolving media strategy to meet business needs in partnership with Media Manager and Dcomm Media Manager

  • Make good commercial decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining portfolio growth and equity strength.

  • Lead launch of brand organic social presence and evolve social strategy to reach consumers through new channels

  • Advance the brand in Dcomm to partner with cross-functional partners and retail customers to drive growth online

  • Lead Commercialization of NPI innovations and Commercial innovations

  • Close partnership with the Global Team on strategy, communications, and innovation to drive brand growth in the US.

  • Engage, influence, and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of strategy and activities.

  • Partner with internal and external partners (including agencies, consumer insights, design and customer strategy and sales teams), inspiring them to develop the Omnichannel strategy to deliver brand sales, share growth, and build brand equity.

  • Manage associate brand manager and foster development and growth, providing coaching and guidance

This position is based in Warren, NJ and follows hybrid model requiring 2-3 day in office presence.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • BS/BA

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or related experience.

  • Experience in brand strategy development and activation inclusive of campaign development, media management, promotional planning, and digital commerce.

  • Proven expertise in managing and motivating teams against complex programs, effectively delivering strong marketing plans, and bringing together the priorities of cross functional teams and key stakeholders.

  • Financial acumen, including P&L management, ROI and marketing modelling mix.

  • Experience in leveraging data signals to drive quick decisions to impact the business

  • Ability to effectively influence and break down barriers

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field.

  • Externally inspired: consumer & customer obsessed; insights-based strategies and proposals.

  • Internally influential: aligned & accountable; strong communicator; navigates complexity & ambiguity.

  • Flexible yet focused: easily pivots from short to long-term, analytics to creative, adaptive to market change.

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering . The salary range for this role is: $131,166 – 180,353 USD
