Bohler Engineering Entry Level Technical Office Assistant (Print Room) in Warren, New Jersey

Our Warren, NJ office is looking for an Technical Assistant (Print Room) who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities
Utilize KIP Print program for print requests
Sign and seal all prints and turn over to Administrative Assistants for Fed-Ex
Change paper rolls, ink, and toner for all plotters, as needed
Deliver copy paper to all printers throughout office
Scan prints as needed
Copy and laminate prints and log to bill
Maintain all plotters (jams, errors, etc.)
Ensure all staff logs print appropriately
Retrieve and return files from Dead Storage, when requested
Organize files in numerical order and put into cabinets
Enter job numbers in PMD
Assist with general office set up (desks, boards, cabinets, etc.), as needed
Assemble and dissemble conference room chairs
Maintain generator log
Order and pick up supplies, food orders, etc., as needed
Update the QC Tracker daily
Verify QC submissions are complete
Review checklist and transmittals for special instructions. Send out emails to senders if items missing
Provide weekly email blasts with projects QC submittals for the week and a summary of what was sent
Create PowerPoints for in-house training sessions (BBLs)
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience supporting team
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner
Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
