Charcoal and Grey Inc., a pioneering nonprofit organization in Warren County, PA, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Outreach and Business Liaison. This role is pivotal in building relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders, promoting the mission of Charcoal and Grey Inc., and encouraging local businesses to support our initiatives by hiring from our pool of individuals in recovery and reentry programs.

As a Community Outreach and Business Liaison, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for engaging with business owners, presenting our programs, and highlighting the benefits of partnering with us. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing recidivism and supporting individuals in their recovery journeys by securing employment opportunities and fostering a supportive community network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners in Warren County.
• Present Charcoal and Grey Inc.'s mission, programs, and benefits of partnership to potential business collaborators.
• Actively recruit businesses to hire individuals from our recovery and reentry programs.
• Coordinate and attend community events, meetings, and presentations to promote our organization.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop outreach strategies and materials.
• Track and report on outreach activities and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support to businesses that partner with us, ensuring a successful and sustainable collaboration.
