Our client, a leading innovator in the telecommunications industry, seeks a Construction Manager to join their growing team! As a Construction Manager, you'll be the quarterback for civil construction projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with a passion for quality and a collaborative spirit.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Warrendale, PA

Pay Range: $ 36-41

What's the Job?

  • Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality.

  • Ensure compliance with the company's standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.

  • Manage service providers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare progress reports and keep project stakeholders informed.

  • Lead and motivate a team focused on achieving project goals.

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management (100+ sites preferred).

  • Strong understanding of civil construction methods and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in project scheduling and cost control principles.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
