Location:  Warrendale, PA

Summary: We are looking to hire an entry-level Help Desk Technician to join our Service Desk team to provide outstanding customer support.

What You'll Do: * Provide technical support to customer by listening, asking questions, researching, and troubleshooting to resolving workstation issues * Thoroughly document updates, progress, and resolutions for all tickets through closure * Improve customer knowledgebase by writing and maintaining documentation * Work towards meeting and exceeding the IT Service Desk goals as defined by the service level agreements * Assist co-workers in times of need to ensure everyone is successful and customer issues are handled timely * Communicate with your peers and other teams on major issues and escalate as needed * Identify opportunities for improvements and work towards implementation

Technical Skills: * Experience with Windows 10 / 11 * Working knowledge of Office 365 to include Teams and OneDrive * Understanding of Cisco VPN configuration and connection testing * Exposure to TeamViewer and/or other remote-control tools * Familiarity with MS Entra, Azure, Intune, and Active Directory

What You'll Need: * 4-Year Bachelor's Degree from a University - Preferred * Minimum of 2-Years Associate Degree from a Technical School  * 0-2 Years IT Experience * Must have Organization and Time Management Skills. * Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment. * Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. * Ability to Multi-Task across Work Streams * Eagerness to learn new skills * Ability to Work with Customers of all Technical Skill Levels. * Ability to Work in a Team Environment * Capable of making every Customer Experience Outstanding * Ability to bring positive energy and fresh ideas to the team * No Certification Required
