Responsibilities: * Various beautification projects: Maintaining flowers, (planting pruning) General grounds chores (weed whacking, push mowing with grass removal, overall debris removal (weed, leaf, sticks), removal of trash/debris/sweeping (parking lots, drives, grounds) * Winter snow removal (push mower or shovel from entryways. * Cleaning includes cleaning of restrooms (full cleaning or men's and women's bathrooms, doorknobs, walls, floors, clean and polish breakroom counters, appliances, high touch areas, glass in front lobby, and push plates. * Sweep daily, vacuum and mop all offices, hallways, stairs, restrooms, breakrooms, stockroom, and mechanic's shop. * Empty recyclables in all offices, breakrooms, and mechanic's shops.
* Assist DOT with tasks within the written limitations of the Green Thumb program.
