The R&D Engineering Co-op position is for our Product Engineering Group focused in the Commercialization Engineering or Process Engineering. The co-op will be assigned a mentor and at least one "real world" project to complete during their assignment. The R&D Engineering Co-op position is for our Product Engineering Group focused in the Commercialization Engineering or Process Engineering. We are looking for innovative thinkers that are proven problem solvers. The co-op will be assigned a mentor and at least one "real world" project to complete during their assignment. Initially the individual would be expected to become skilled at making and testing paint. They would be responsible for assisting in optimizing formulations and processes through Design of Experiments and statistical analysis of the data. Potential to work with Operations for site projects. They will also be expected to participate in monthly and quarterly meetings presenting their work as needed. This position is for a minimum of 6 months starting in January 2025 with the option of being extended to 12 months.
